Insect Bites-Part 2

Do not wear dark colors (dark gray knee socks and dark green clam-digger/pedal pusher pants) on a late evening walk on June 5!

The mosquitoes ate me alive!

What a way to end a day of fighting insect stingers!

(Sigh!)

But Flip found a snake. I think anyway. Just about as good as the turtle he found in my flower bed this afternoon.
(How could anyone drop off such a cute dog near our house?)

LOL- A snake killer! Why DO people do that? Our farm in PA was the "drop the dog off" farm. I don't know how many we took in over the years. xo Diana

Years ago when my hubs and I were kids in farm country people would drop off cats thinking they would automatically head for the barn and be looked after. Most of the poor little souls got hit on the road and the rest, if they made it to the barn, didn't realize they were supposed to work for a living. I can't decide if those people were cruel or just plain stupid.

Oh I think Flip was found by the perfect family. Hug B

Whoever dropped him off must have known you needed him! Sweet pup.

Flip is adorable. I really do not like people who dump their pets and their kids, or other family members.

Love,
Janie
